Scientific Foundation — Water Frequency (429.621 Hz)

Prof. Marc Henry (1958–2024)

Marc Henry was a university professor at the University of Strasbourg, where he taught chemistry, materials science and quantum physics. With a PhD in materials chemistry (Paris 6, 1988), he authored over 140 scientific publications with more than 10,000 citations (h-index = 35).

Author of the reference work L'eau morphogénique — Santé, information et champs de conscience (Éditions Dangles, 2020, 255 pages). His four children founded the Institut Marc Henry; he also founded the association Natur'Eau Quant.

His research focused on the quantum structure of water, its electromagnetic properties and its ability to carry information — placing water back at the heart of biological processes.

Water: the body's main constituent

In number of molecules, the human body is composed of:

98% H₂O (water)
1% ions (electric charges)
1% lipids (fats)
0.01% proteins

Ignoring the overwhelming majority constituent of our body — water — in the treatment of disease deprives medicine of a fundamental therapeutic tool. This conviction guided Marc Henry throughout his 40 years of research.

Origin of 429.621 Hz

The frequency 429.621 Hz is derived directly from the water molecule through two fundamental laws of physics — relativity and quantum mechanics:

Step 1 — Molar mass of water

H₂O = 2 × 1,00794 + 15,9994 = 18,015268 g·mol⁻¹

Step 2 — Energy of one molecule (E = mc²)

m = 18,015268 × 10⁻³ / 6,02214076×10²³ = 2,99151×10⁻²⁶ kg
E = m × (299 792 458)² ≈ 2,693×10⁻⁹ J

Step 3 — Quantum frequency (E = hf)

f = E / h = 2,693×10⁻⁹ / 6,62607015×10⁻³⁴ ≈ 4,057×10²⁴ Hz

This is the fundamental quantum frequency of the water molecule. Inaudible.

Step 4 — Descent of 73 octaves

f = 4,057×10²⁴ ÷ 2⁷³ = 429,621 Hz

Each division by 2 descends one octave. 429.621 Hz is the audible octave of water.

This frequency is unique: it is the only one in direct resonance with the H₂O molecule. It has a penetrating character in cellular water that neither 432 Hz (Pythagorean tuning) nor 440 Hz (ISO standard) possess.

Octaves of the water frequency

Any frequency can be transposed up an octave (×2) or down (÷2) while remaining in tune. Here are the octaves of 429.621 Hz available in VibraTools:

Quantum physics and water

Classical physics, due to its approximate nature and the rigid barrier it establishes between matter and light, is unable to account for the properties of water. Only quantum physics, which treats matter and light on an equal footing (coherence domain theory), can explain the behavior of water.

Water is more than a simple solvent: it is an information vector. Experiments supported by rigorous quantum theory demonstrate that water can retain and transmit vibratory information even in the absence of active molecules — providing a scientific basis for the practice of homeopathy (Hahnemann, 1796).

It is within this framework that the frequency 429.621 Hz takes its full meaning: it represents the fundamental vibratory signature of the water molecule, capable of interacting with cellular water and modifying its structuring.

Binaural beats and phase

A binaural beat occurs when two slightly different frequencies are sent separately to each ear (headphones required). The brain perceives their difference as a pulsation. The sum-to-product trigonometric identity mathematically describes this phenomenon:

sin(ω₁t + φ₁) + sin(ω₂t + φ₂) = 2·sin(ωₘt + φₘ)·cos(ω𝒹t + φ𝒹)

ωₘ = (ω₁+ω₂)/2  |  ω𝒹 = (ω₁−ω₂)/2  |  φₘ = (φ₁+φ₂)/2  |  φ𝒹 = (φ₁−φ₂)/2

The phase parameter φ₁ − φ₂ controls the position of the beat envelope over time (the cos term). Modifying the phase amounts to shifting the moment when the beat reaches its maximum amplitude.

This parameter is essential as it could influence how intracellular water is structured by the vibratory field. The Institut Marc Henry is actively investigating these effects as part of its research on the water frequency.
